Illicit Gardens is making three major updates designed to improve the way customers shop and earn rewards across our New Jersey dispensaries in Carlstadt and Secaucus.
First, we’re launching a new and improved Illicit Gardens website with easier account access, Rewards visibility, order history, faster reordering and a more personalized online shopping experience.
Second, the Illicit Rewards Network is expanding in a major way. Rewards accounts from Illicit Gardens in Secaucus and Carlstadt, Cannavibes in Elmwood Park, and La Vida Gardens in Belleville will now be connected through one larger cross-store program.
The expanded Rewards Network brings three major changes:
Third, the Rewards catalog is expanding dramatically, with more tiers and significantly more Illicit products available for redemption.
The new website and expanded Rewards Network are separate updates, but together they create a more connected and convenient way to shop.

The new Illicit Gardens website is designed to make shopping easier from the moment you start browsing.
Customers can log into their Rewards account directly through the website and access more shopping and account information in one place.
Once logged in, customers can:

Whether you shop at Illicit Gardens Secaucus or Illicit Gardens Carlstadt, the new website gives you more visibility into your account while making it easier to find and reorder the products you enjoy.
One of the biggest website improvements is the ability to manage more of your Rewards experience online.
Instead of waiting until you arrive at the dispensary to check your balance or find out what your points can be used for, that information is available through your online account.
Customers can review their point balance, see available redemptions and apply qualifying Rewards during checkout just by signing into their accounts directly on the website.
Once logged in you’ll also be able to view previous orders, making it easier to find past purchases and reorder favorites.
The new website also introduces a more personalized menu experience.
When you are logged into your account, your previous purchase history can help make it easier to find familiar products and categories.
Customers can more easily:
The result is a more relevant online shopping experience built around the way you shop.
Separate from the website launch, the Illicit Rewards Network is also getting its biggest expansion yet.
The network now connects four participating New Jersey dispensaries:
Rewards earned at any one of these locations will become part of the same shared program.
That means points earned at one participating dispensary can be redeemed at any other participating store in the network.
Earn points at Illicit Gardens Secaucus and use them later at Carlstadt, Cannavibes or La Vida Gardens. Earn at Cannavibes and redeem at either Illicit Gardens location.
In short: your Rewards are no longer tied to just one store.
The expanded program is designed to make Rewards much more flexible.
Instead of maintaining separate Rewards balances at individual dispensaries, participating customers will have one centralized account and one combined point balance across the Illicit Rewards Network.
Existing customers won’t need to start over, either.
As part of the transition, eligible points previously earned at participating stores will be combined and centralized into a single customer Rewards account.
If you have earned points at more than one participating dispensary, those eligible balances will now come together rather than remaining separated by store.
The expansion isn’t only about where you can use your points.
We’re also making the Rewards program itself significantly bigger.
The previous Rewards structure featured four redemption tiers. The expanded Illicit Rewards Network now offers 10 Rewards tiers, giving customers far more choices at different point levels:

Rewards now span from 100-point redemptions all the way through 2,500-point premium flower rewards, giving customers substantially more ways to use their points. The updated program also includes a free product gift on your birthday.
So the Rewards expansion isn’t just about connecting more stores. It also gives customers more tiers, more products, and more reasons to keep earning.
The biggest advantage of the new Illicit Rewards Network is flexibility.
You can earn points at any participating location and redeem eligible Rewards throughout the network.
That means you can shop based on whichever location is most convenient while continuing to build the same Rewards balance.
Whether you’re visiting Secaucus, Carlstadt, Elmwood Park or Belleville, your points stay with you.
The new website and expanded Illicit Rewards Network are two separate improvements, but together they make shopping easier and Rewards more valuable.

The expanded Illicit Rewards Network connects four participating stores, combines existing eligible point balances and introduces a much larger Rewards catalog with 10 tiers and a broader selection of Illicit products.
Together, these changes give customers more control over how they shop, where they earn and how they use their Rewards.
